PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device capable of avoiding stress concentration on a link even if the link and a pulley shaft interfere each other. SOLUTION: A plurality of links include two kinds of links 10, 11 having different pitch length. Inequalities RA≤RS≤1.5RA and RS<RL are satisfied when radius of the pulley shaft 2e is defined as RA, curvature radius of a surface of chain inner diameter side of the link 10 having short pitch length is defined as RS and curvature radius of a surface of chain inner diameter side of the link 11 having long pitch length is defined as RL.
