<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly carry on operation without letting a customer explain details again by accurately reporting a speech communication history to an office in charge of the customer in real time even if a telephone call from the customer is broken halfway. <P>SOLUTION: A speech communication history information system which is connected to speech communication equipment of the customer through a communication line and reports information input from the speech communication equipment by speech communication or equipment operation to an operation terminal at the office is provided with a customer information DB which relates and stores customers and operation terminals at offices in charge of the customer for every customer, an input receiving means of receiving the input information from the speech communication terminal of the customer, a history recording means of recording the received input information in an input history DB as a speech communication history at any time, and a customer information notifying means of specifying the operation terminal at the office in charge of the customer by reference to the customer information DB to inform the operation terminal that there was a telephone call and transmits the speech communication history of the customer recorded in the input history DB to the operation terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
