<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IT easy interview/diagnostic service providing system, capable of responding to a new compliance, presenting an enhancement recommendation point (weak point) to a customer IT, and answering in a short time by minimizing the number of questions (interviews) to the customer. <P>SOLUTION: The system for providing an easy interview/diagnostic service for IT equipment comprises a service providing server 21 for performing information exchange with a customer computer 20 for inputting answers to questions to the customer through a communication network 22. The server 21 provides the service of performing, based on the result of interview to the customer, determination from the customer responding state for business management such as system management, security, management or teaching management, and providing an enhancement recommendation point or weak point for IT equipment of the customer so as to respond to various compliances of the computer of the customer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
