<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for predicting polluted environment, which calculates concentration distribution of a pollutant in a low lying depression within a short calculation time, and also to provide a method therefor, and a program for executing the method. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises: a geographical information creating means 10 for dividing topographic data 51 representing an analytic object region containing a low lying depression by a basic mesh (I, J) and a detailed mesh (i, j) to judge whether each detailed mesh (i, j) is in the inside or the outside of the depression; a generation quantity calculating means 20 for calculating a generation quantity (i, j, t) for each detail mesh (i, j); a discharge quantity calculating means 30 for calculating a movement quantity P<SB>e</SB>(t +Δt) from a tank to an analytic object region and calculating a generation quantity E (I, J, t+1) for each basic mesh (I, J) from the movement quantity P<SB>e</SB>(t +Δt); and an advection diffusion calculation means 40 for calculating concentration Ci for each basic mesh (I, J), based on the generation quantity E (I, J, t+1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
