PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated type electric double-layer capacitor cell that has a reference part capable of deciding the position, direction, and posture of installation precisely when arranging a plurality of laminated type electric double-layer capacitor cells for modularization, and dispenses with individually matching the positions of extraction electrodes when connecting adjacent extraction electrodes mutually. SOLUTION: The electric double-layer capacitor cell has: a vessel made of a film material; an electrolyte and an electrode laminated held in the vessel; two extraction electrodes extracted from the electrode laminate to the outside of the vessel; an extraction electrode complex that is provided at the drawing-out port of the extraction electrode and has a support made of resin and the extraction electrode supported by the support made of resin. In this case, the support made of resin is nearly in a prism shape having upper and lower surfaces facing each other in parallel and front and rear faces facing each other in parallel.
