PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform priority communication on a per device basis under a WUSB communication environment in which an isochronous transfer cannot be used. SOLUTION: A WUSB host controls the band assignment of a MAS reserved in a superframe using a device information management table in which a device information entry is provided for each WUSB device, the device information entry including the MAS described in a bitmap format and enabling a transaction to be executed. The WUSB host assigns at least a part of the reserved MAS to only a specific WUSB device. Only the WUSB device marked in the device information entry becomes an object for a transaction schedule.
