PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a rate-of-flow control valve suitable for the simplification of valve body, making easy the assembling, the reduction of manufacturing cost, and recycling which considere an environment. SOLUTION: A valve body 1 is formed by press-working sheet metal, has a cylinder-shape section whose one end is an open end, a horizontal hole 12 is formed at the peripheral wall 10 of the cylinder-shape section, a valve seat member 6 is formed by press-working the sheet metal, a valve seat 61 provided at the center of one end of which, a flange 63 provided at the other end of which, the first pipe 100 is connected to a horizontal hole 12 of the valve body 1. The open end of the valve body 1 and the flange section 63 of the valve seat member 6 are connected so that the valve seat 61 is arranged to the valve body 1 side, and a second pipe 110 is connected to the valve seat member 6, thus the whole is composed.
