PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood lock structure capable of reducing pressing-in load from an upper side of a hood required for closure of the hood while ensuring hop-up force in unlocking. SOLUTION: A biasing mechanism part 70 can bias a striker 16 in an opening direction of a hood 14, and can move the striker 16 from a hop-up position where the striker 16 is moved with a hop-up spring 42 in the opening direction of the hood 14 in a direction resistant to the own biasing force, and can be retain at a retreated position 70X where it is retreated from the hop-up position.
