The connection arrangement has coaxial pipe (7) or a tube arrangement that consist of two pipes arranged into one another. A connection piece (8) is formed single piece and the connection piece has annular groove (13) in which the coaxial pipe or the pipe arrangement partially intervene. A pipe like projection (9) is provided in the annular groove which shuffle in inner region of an internal pipe (3) of the coaxial pipe or the pipe arrangement. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a heat exchanger in coaxial pipe construction.
