PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker capable of thinning of a zero-phase current transformer part and furthermore thinning of the breaker main body itself. SOLUTION: A first to third primary conductors 45, 46, 47 are made to be consisting of the center parts 45b, 46b, 47b positioned in an insertion part 31 of the zero-phase current transformer in a state arranged and installed at the zero-phase current transformer 41, and power supply side end parts 45a, 46a, 47a, and load side end parts 45c, 46c, 47c formed on its right and left sides by bending a metal plate form member. Then, while the power supply side end parts and the load side end parts are arranged and installed along a side face of the zero-phase current transformer, the power supply side end parts of the second primary conductor 46 and the third primary conductor 47 are folded further to the peripheral face side at the peripheral edge part of the zero-phase current transformer 41, and abutting positions 41a, 41b are linearly formed in which the power supply side end parts of the second primary conductor 46 and the third primary conductor 47 of the peripheral edge of the zero-phase current transformer 41 are folded.
