PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball for a ball game capable of being identified visually by lighting up only when it is properly spinning. SOLUTION: The ball for a ball play is provided with an LED 32 inside of the ball body. The center axis A of the ball and an orthogonal surface B orthogonal to the center axis A are preliminary determined, and when the orthogonal surface B spins keeping its position within a specified range, the LED 32 lights up and the lighted LED32 can be identified visibly from the outside of the ball body. The ball is also provided with spheres 4 and 5 integrated movably outward in the radial direction receiving the centrifugal force, switching means SW 1 and SW2 activated by the motion of the spheres 4 and 5 outward in the radial direction, and a light emitting circuit to light the LED 32 by operation of the switch means SW1 and SW2.
