A method and a device for indicating content of components in feces of domestic animals are provided to improve indication efficiency by shortening the time for measuring the content. A method for indicating content of components in feces of domestic animals includes the steps of: memorizing representative wavelength for each component in the feces and weight for each representative wavelength(S300); calculating the light absorption rate of each component in the feces according to wavelength(S301); calculating the content of the components in the feces based on the light absorption rate(S302); and displaying the content of the components(S303).
