<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor control device which can be normally actuated by effectively eliminating an adhering phenomenon without increasing the calorific value of the motor. <P>SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic motor control device which controls an ultrasonic motor equipped with a stator and a rotor, the ultrasonic motor control device includes a drive circuit which drives the ultrasonic motor by a normal-time drive voltage, a boosting circuit which drives the ultrasonic motor by an adhesion-time drive voltage which is higher than the normal-time drive voltage, and a control means which eliminates an operation failure caused by the adhesion of the stator and the rotor by suitably using the boosting circuit at the actuation of the ultrasonic motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
