PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of an optical disk by which a special step for dealing with a center plug is made unnecessary by incorporating a function similar to a conventional center plug into a resin ejecting means ejecting a UV curing resin to be a base material of a cover layer of the optical disk. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus is provided with a rotating drive means 21 of a disk for rotating and driving a disk substrate 11 in such a state that the disk substrate is placed thereon and the resin ejecting means 23 for ejecting the UV curing resin to be the base material of the cover layer to the disk substrate 11 placed on the rotating drive means. The resin ejecting means 23 is provided with a cover member 24 for covering a center hole 11a formed at a center part of the disk substrate and an outside member 25 positioned on the outer side so as to enclose the cover member and forming an annular aperture part 27 between an outer peripheral edge 24d of the cover member and the outside member 25.
