PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorbing structure for a vehicle frame having high absorbing efficiency of impact energy. SOLUTION: The impact absorbing structure for the vehicle frame is provided with a square pipe-shaped impact absorbing member 11 extended in the forward/backward direction of the vehicle body frame. A plurality of projecting face parts 13 having an approximately arcuate longitudinal cross section projecting to outside of the impact absorbing member 11 is provided on respective outer face parts 12a of the impact absorbing member 11 to continue to the longitudinal direction of the impact absorbing member 11.
