<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base sequence determination method, a base sequence determination system and a base sequence determination program, allowing determination of high determination precision in conformity with an actual situation. <P>SOLUTION: This base sequence determination method/system is provided with a chip cartridge 11 provided with a detecting electrode and a control electrode, a measuring system 12 for measuring a current, a liquid feed system 13 for a liquid chemical containing a sample DNA to the chip cartridge 11, a control mechanism 15 for controlling the measuring system 12 and the liquid feed system 13, and a computer 16 including a current waveform determining module for acquiring a detection signal from the detecting electrode and a negative control signal from the control electrode, as a current-voltage characteristic, for determining normality/abnormality of the current-voltage characteristic, and for excepting the abnormal detection signal out of computation objects, and a peak current detecting module for acquiring a true detection signal by subtracting a background current from the current-voltage characteristic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
