PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an illegal access occurs because an external device is excluded from a filtering target due to the occurrence of a registration omission, an registration error, or the like when manually registering a plurality of addresses. SOLUTION: Address information of an external device is registered as address information to refuse reception or to permit reception in a filtering address storage unit 204, and different address information held by an external device corresponding to the registered address information is obtained.
