PROCESSING METHOD OF CO-POLYESTER RESIN MODIFIED WITH 1,4-CYCLOHEXANEDIMETHANOL WITH REDUCING ACETALDEHYDE

A method for molding a polyester, and a polyester molded product prepared by the method are provided to lower the content of acetaldehyde contained in the product and to reduce smell. A method for forming a polyester comprises the steps of reacting a dicarboxylic acid or its ester forming derivative and a glycol containing 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol or its ester forming derivative by esterification; polycondensing the obtained one to prepare a polyester resin; and adding 100-4,000 ppm of a montan wax to the polyester resin and to thermally molding it. Preferably the ratio of the dicarboxylic acid and the glycol is 1.1-3.0 by mol.
