A polycarbonate-based resin composition, and a plastic molded product prepared from the composition are provided to improve impact resistance, transparency and coloration. A polycarbonate-based resin composition comprises 85-99 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; and 1-15 parts by weight of a core-shell graft copolymer which is formed by grafting a vinyl-based monomer comprising methyl methacrylate and phenyl methacrylate to rubber. Preferably the polycarbonate resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of a linear polycarbonate resin, a branched polycarbonate resin or a polyester carbonate copolymer resin.
