摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyranthrone-based compound having new physical properties and to be used in an organic photoreceptor improved in sensitivity, repeating characteristics or dot reproducibility deterioration, etc. through forming high-density electrostatic latent images on the organic photoreceptor using the image exposure of a semiconductor laser or light-emitting diode with 350-500 nm oscillation wavelengths. SOLUTION: The pyranthrone-based compound is characterized by being 2.0% or less at 400-450°C in mass reduction percentage D400/450 defined by the formula: D400/450=[(G400-G450)/Gi]×100 (wherein, Gi is the mass of the compound in beginning the determination; and G400 and G450 are the masses of the compound at 400°C and 450°C, respectively) and having a chemical structure represented by general formula (1).
