PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling stock control device capable of securing a sufficient equipment mounting space inside a casing and of taking in sufficient amount of cooling air while reducing noise even during high-speed traveling. SOLUTION: In the rolling stock control device, an electric power conversion circuit for converting DC power to AC power or AC power to DC power and an electric blower for cooling components of the circuit are stored inside the casing, and the rolling stock control device is provided under the floor of rolling stock.
