The arrangement has a cover body (30), by which an envelope flap set (20) is surrounded, and made of a carton-like material. The cover body has pressure-resistant rectangular panels (35, 36) arranged at an integral part of the cover body such that the cover body lies on end sides (25, 26) of the envelope flap set. The cover body has a tear flap (42) arranged on one of the end sides and allowing tearing of the cover body and removal of the cover body from the envelope flap set. Reinforcing strips e.g. adhesive strips, running along side edges of the cover boy are made of plastic.
