A member for preventing attachment of an advertising material is provided to prevent foreign materials from being stuck, by forming lots of projections on a first coating layer in hardening the first coating layer and using releasability of a second coating layer. A member for preventing attachment of an advertising material is composed of: a panel(10) made of bendable materials; a first coating layer(20) applied on the panel; and a second coating layer(30) applied on the first coating layer. The first coating layer consists of urethane resin of 10~20wt.%, toluene of 40~60wt.%, acetone of 10~20wt.%, isocyanate of 1~5wt.%, texture of 5~10wt.%, and reflective pigments of 3~8wt.%. The second coating layer consists of releasing silicone of 5~10wt.%, a silicone catalyst of 0.1~0.3wt.%, and nucleic acid of 90~95wt.%.
