PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum can recycle plate which can be freely designed and arranged by anybody into a plate for a roadway surface, a sidewalk surface, a wall surface, a side surface, a memory, a sign, an advertisement, and a car. SOLUTION: Aluminum cans are melted in a melting furnace at 700°C, and freely designed and arranged into a styrene foam, placed in a wooden flask with casting sand being sprayed thereon, and turned upside down to open a sprue gate. Melted aluminum of the aluminum cans in a high-pressure melting furnace (700°C) is allowed to flow and cooled to about 30°C. When the cold casting sand wooden flask is detached, a plate is finished. By brushing the plate by a polishing machine, aluminum gloss is obtained and a beautiful plate is finished. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
