PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer composition which is usable for sterilization of foods, and food production and processing devices, has excellent sterilization effects to the foods, and the food production and processing devices, is suppressed in generation of odor and causation of corrosion against several kinds of metals used for the processing devices. SOLUTION: A sterilizer composition comprising ethanol, sodium gluconate, capric acid, caprylic monoglyceride and capric monoglyceride as active ingredients, and usable for foods and food production and processing devices, is provided.
