METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ORGANIC CONDUCTIVE THIN FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a conductive thin film having electric conductivity identical to that of a conductive organic charge transfer complex single crystal with a printing method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an organic conductive thin film includes a step for preparing a first solvent and a second solvent in which an organic polymer is further dissolved to at least one solution of the first solution obtained by dissolving electron donor molecule into an organic solvent and the second solvent obtained by dissolving electron receptor molecule into the organic solvent and a step for mixing the first solution and the second solution at the same location on the substrate.
