PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet manufacturing device capable of efficiently manufacturing tablets in a uniform shape. SOLUTION: A plurality of powder holding cylinders 8 for which a moist powder is filled and held in the inside are arrayed at an interval larger than the outer diameter. A table 2 with a plurality of mold cavities 4 of the same diameter as the inner diameter of the powder holding cylinder 7 on positions opposite to the lower part of the respective powder holding cylinders 8 is provided. The moist powder W is extruded from the inside of the powder holding cylinder 8 to the mold cavity 4 opposite to the powder holding cylinder 8 by a filling rod 12 and is pressurized and filled inside the mold cavity. The powder holding cylinder 8 and the table 2 are relatively moved by a moving means and the moist powder W in the mold cavity 4 is sheared by the distal end edge of the powder holding cylinder 8. When the powder holding cylinder is positioned within each interval of the mold cavities adjacent to each other, the powder holding cylinder 8 is separated from the table 2 by an elevating/lowering means.
