PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage device using magnetic domain wall movement, to provide its manufacturing method, and to provide its operating method. SOLUTION: The information storage device using magnetic domain wall movement is made of magnetic materials and equipped with storage tracks including magnetic domains and a writing means for recording data on the storage tracks. The writing means comprises a first magnetic layer and a second magnetic layer which is formed to cover a part of the first magnetic layer and has lower magnetic anisotropy energy than the first layer.
