PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible circuit board capable of flexibly bending a circuit board, on which rigid circuit components such as a CPU, a condenser and a resistor are mounted. SOLUTION: In the circuit board having a plurality of rigid circuit components mounted thereon, islands which are areas with the circuit components mounted thereon and spaces which are not the areas with them are formed by grouping one or more circuit components together and mounting them on the circuit board, and the spaces are made to be inflections on the circuit board. Further, the islands are arranged in a matrix and the inflections are arranged in two-dimensions. In addition to the arrangement of the components, thickness of the glass-epoxy board is further reduced, or a mechanism like a groove or like a hinge to fold the board is imparted to the groove portion.
