<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card flexibly operating important data to be duplicated. <P>SOLUTION: When writing data added to a writing command inputted from the outside has a data object structure wherein a data kind can be identified by a tag, the writing data are duplicated by a value of the tag and are written in a data memory.
