<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a microlens array which has good optical performance, has small optical axis deviation of both lens surfaces and is used for an organic electroluminescence line head or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A photocurable resin 76 is poured into a first metal mold 82 for forming one lens surface of the microlens array, a transparent substrate 71 is mounted thereon and at that time the transparent substrate 71 is positioned by using a first positioning means provided at the first metal mold 82, the photocurable resin is cured by light irradiation 78 from a transparent substrate 71 side to form a first lens array on one surface of the transparent substrate. After the transparent substrate 71 on which the first lens array is formed is detached from the first metal mold 82, the photocurable resin is poured into a second metal mold which has a mold surface corresponding to another lens surface of the microlens array, positioning and curing of the photocurable resin are similarly carried out to form a second lens array on another surface of the transparent substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
