A method for controlling intake and temperature blend doors in a vehicle air conditioner is provided to resolve the unpleasant feeling and promote convenience by controlling the intake door and the temperature blend door properly according to an atmospheric temperature value when the air conditioner is not in operation. A method for controlling intake and temperature blend doors in a vehicle air conditioner includes the steps of checking whether the air conditioner is turned off(S110), and checking an atmospheric temperature value if so(S120). The intake door is driven in an outside air mode and the temperature blend door is driven at a maximum heating mode position(S130) when the atmospheric temperature value is lower than a first set value. The intake door is driven in an inside air mode(S150) when the value is higher than a second set value.
