A transparent light emitting apparatus is provided to offer a power supply terminal which is able to supply the power to an electrode stably, and which is able to be demounted easily without removing the fillers. A first transparent plate(10) and a second transparent plate(20) are disposed oppositely, and separated with a predetermined interval. A transparent electrode(40) is deposited on a plane of the first transparent plate faced to the second transparent plate. An electrode division unit(43) divides the transparent electrode into the plural electrode regions for supplying the power to each LED(30). A filling member(70) fill a gap between the first and second transparent plates, and at least one region of the edge of the transparent plates from the end is filled with the filling member partly. A plurality of power supply unit which is inserted from the end of the second transparent plate toward the filling member direction, supplies the power from the outside to each LED through the electrode region.
