A screening method of nematocides against B. xylophilus, Diploscapter and C. elegans is provided to perform the screening rapidly and economically in a laboratory by simultaneously screening many drugs, and increase reproducibility of the screening as compared to the conventional screening method. A high speed screening method of nematicides against B. xylophilus, Diploscapter and C. elegans comprises the steps of: preparing samples of B. xylophilus, Diploscapter and C. elegans; pouring the B. xylophilus sample to a 96 well plate, and the Diploscapter and C. elegans samples to eppendorf tubes; treating the samples with a candidate drug; culturing the samples; and counting the number of total nematodes and survived or dead number of nematodes, and calculating the 50% lethal concentration(IC50) value for the candidate drug, wherein the total time of screening is less than 6 hours. Further, a step of confirming again an efficiency of drugs effective to high throughput assay through cotton ball analysis method is additionally comprised in the method.
