An internal voltage generator in a semiconductor device is provided to compensate feedback voltage level variation according to temperature variation. A comparison unit compares a reference voltage with the level of a feedback voltage. A driving unit(M3) performs pullup driving of an internal voltage stage in response to an output signal of the comparison unit. A voltage divider unit outputs the feedback voltage by dividing a voltage on the internal voltage stage. The voltage divider unit divides the voltage on the internal voltage stage using valid resistances of a passive resistor and an active resistor.
