<p>The body (10) has a core (12) which is made of a porous solid body, and a coating layer (14) enclosing the core. The solid body contains a material from metallic oxides, aero gels, Xerogels, Zeolite, Kryogels, silicate gels, vitreous silica, precipitation silicic acids and pyrogene silicic acids. The body has a density of about 0.01 to 0.2 grams per cubic centimeters. The core contains infrared beams absorbing material such as carbon or titanium dioxide, and has a diameter of about 0.5 - 5 millimeters, where the body (10) is embedded in a synthetic resin matrix of a composite material.
