An organic light emitting diode display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to extend a light emitting unit to an end of a buffer pattern covered by an auxiliary electrode in case that the buffer pattern is made of transparent insulating material. A substrate(200) has a unit pixel(P). A first electrode(210) is formed on the substrate. A buffer pattern(240) is formed on the first electrode and has an aperture unit to expose a part of the unit pixel. An auxiliary electrode(250) is formed on the aperture unit and the buffer pattern. A separator(260) is formed on the buffer pattern along the unit pixel to be spaced apart from the auxiliary electrode. An organic film layer(220) covers at least the auxiliary layer. A second electrode(230) is formed on the organic film layer.
