A backlight assembly for a flexible LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to enable both ends of the backlight assembly to be contacted with each other, thereby enabling a user to use the backlight assembly without break or damage even when applying bending force. A reflection sheet(105) is made from first high polymer material. A light guide material layer(120) is disposed in an upper part of the reflection sheet, and made from the first high polymer material. A light source(130) is formed in one side or both sides of the light guide material layer. Plural optical sheets(150) are disposed in an upper part of the light guide material layer, and made from the high polymer material.
