A communication cable fixing device is provided to prevent the separation of a locking bolt which fixes a cable connector to a connector of a terminal box installed in a steel tower for a repeater and fix a communication cable to the connector easily or replace the communication cable easily. A holding projection(12) is formed at an external side of a stopper(16) to prevent the stopper from being separated from a combining hole of a cable connector. A screw part(15) corresponding to a fixing hole formed in a body is formed in one end of the stopper. A locking member(18) is compulsorily inserted and fitted into the other end of the stopper. When the screw part is combined to the fixing hole, the locking member removably fixes the cable connector to a connector of the body. A combining pin of the cable connector is combined to a combining hole of the connector. A separation prevention projection piece(20) is protruded and formed on an external side of the other end of the stopper in a longitudinal direction to prevent the locking member from being separated from the stopper. The separation prevention projection piece increases friction force between the stopper and a fixing hole(19) of the locking member.
