<p>The procedure for the manufacture of longitudinal workpieces assembled with the help of wedge-shaped workpiece links, consists of a workstation (1'') in which the processing unit (14) is adapted for frontal and lateral milling of the current pair of wooden workpieces in the form of panels mutually set apart for the application of glue to such a manufactured wedge linking profile, and for combining both workpieces as well as a profile press (3) attached in the flow- direction (2), which is equipped for batch pressing of a batch of combined workpieces from a profile consisting of several workpieces. By the feeding displacements, which are every time located on both sides of the clamping columns (6, 7) being distributed - looking in the flow direction (2) - before and after the working area of the processing unit (14), such a movement of the joined profile is adapted to the pressing position in the profile press (3) which is designed exclusively as a thrusting movement.</p> |
