A system support is provided to facilitate support of loads in vertical direction by interconnecting a plurality of vertical members without buckling or shifting, and enable even distribution of loads by adjusting space between the vertical members. A system support comprises a vertical member(100) to which a joint(150) having a plurality of slots is connected, and a horizontal member(300) connected to the joint by a connection unit in a horizontal direction. The vertical member has a stepped portion on its one end, adjacent to the joint so as to allow the horizontal member to press an end portion of another vertical member to be inserted to the vertical member, when the horizontal member is connected to the joint by the connection unit.
