Wood tracking system by identification of surface characteristics

摘要

Methods for tracking wood pieces are provided. The wood pieces are tracked by obtaining first and second characteristic information from pieces as they pass first and second stations in respective first and second queue orders, and associating this information with positions in the queues, and evaluating similarity between wood pieces in primary positions in both queues by comparing their corresponding associated information.
