A structure for an active headrest of a vehicle is provided to prevent the active headrest from instantly returning to an initial position thereof when the active headrest is rotated due to a vehicle collision. A structure for an active headrest of a vehicle comprises a frame section(10), a case section(20), a control section(30) and a headrest(40). The frame section includes side frames(11) provided at both inner sides of a seat bag of the vehicle. Both side ends of the side frames are fixed by a spring and a supporter is provided at a rear portion of the spring. The case section includes a case(21) inserted into the side frame. The case has a protrusion(211) protruding forward, and a guide groove(213) having a reverse-U shape. The control section includes fixing plate(31) having a U-shape groove(311) and a perforation hole(312). A braking member(32), a torsion spring(33), and a fixing member(34) are sequentially provided on a front surface of the fixing plate. The headrest has support rods(41) connected to a pair of support bars(23) through connection members(42). |
