BITUMEN-RUBBER COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF OBTAINING IT

FIELD: chemistry; obtaining bitumen-rubber compositions. ^ SUBSTANCE: bitumen-rubber composition consists of the following components with the given percentage mass ratios: bitumen -70-80, powder from vulcanised rubber from used motor car tyres - 15-25 and naphthalene fraction of coal resin - 5-10. The mixture of bitumen and naphthalene fraction of coal resin is heated to 100°C. The powder with particle size of 5-10 mm is then added. The components are mixed in an unsealed container at 200-220°C for 30-60 minutes. The hot mixture is then forced through a draw plate with diameter of 1 mm using a screw device. The obtained composition, which is ready for use, is poured through a metallic net into a container for storage and transportation. ^ EFFECT: wider assortment of bitumen-rubber compositions with better operational characteristics, simple technology of manufacturing and shortening of the process. ^ 2 tbl, 1 ex
