In addition, support plate is installed in the upper part of mechanism. Cylindrical bearing is made of elastic material. Inner hollow of bearing is provided with cylindrical bushing. Top end of bushing is rigidly fastened to support plate. Bottom end is provided with radial bead. Free bottom edge of cylindrical bushing adjoins cylindrical bushing bottom. Volumes for liquids are formed between tube sheet and support plate. ^ EFFECT: simplification of design and adjustment of evaporating parameters by changing liquid overpressure within the volume between tube sheet and support plate. ^ 1 dwg
