FIELD: food-processing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: adapter with the crane for pouring of an alcoholic beverage from the pouring device containing a hogshead is executed in the form of the hollow lever. The lever is installed on a valve junction of a hogshead and tightly connected with the valve available in a valve junction through which a beverage being in a hogshead is poured. In the hollow lever the tube for pass of a pour beverage is placed. The first end of the lever dismountable connected with the valve for pouring of a beverage and opens it. On the second end of the lever the crane is located at which opening the beverage getting to the lever from a hogshead goes outside. The adapter has an air pipe tightly connected to the second valve of the hogshead valve junction. By other end the air pipe connected to a source of a compressed air which through the second valve goes in a hogshead. The adapter has the inlet valve at which opening the air gets into a tube above its drain end, making for free drain of the rests of the pouring beverage from the end located behind the inlet valve of a tube. ^ EFFECT: providing of simple and reliable connection of a hogshead with the crane; it is hygienic at using; it prevents beverage drops infiltration at crane closing. ^ 51 cl, 12 dwg |
