#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves positioning a tunnel (2) and sub tunnel crosshead (4) of a motor vehicle in orifices (12) by penetration of a screw (10), where the tunnel and the crosshead are made of sheet. The crosshead is integrated with the tunnel by setting the tunnel and the crosshead on the screw, where the setting of the tunnel and the crosshead on the screw is performed simultaneously. The tunnel has thickness of about 0.95 millimeter, and a sub tunnel crosspiece has thickness of about 1.5 millimeter. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for assembling two parts e.g. tunnel receiving a hand brake cable, and a sub tunnel crosshead, forming a reinforcement of a motor vehicle (claimed), for use in field of an automobile construction. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method permits to position and fix the parts of the motor vehicle using rivets with reduced number of steps, thus eliminating requirement for soldering, and hence reducing cost of operation.
