PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operator from forgetting to carry out a moving operation of a detection member to a detection position. SOLUTION: Both a lock arm 21 at a female housing 10 side and a lock rest part 67 at a male housing 60 side are kept at a non-collision state from start to finish of insertion coupling of the both housings 10, 60. The detection member 80 is provided with a collision face 91 striking against a collision rest face 68 at the male housing 60 side according as it reaches the detection position. Lock feeling is not obtained accompanying the insertion coupling at insertion coupling of the both housings 10, 60, but is obtained only when the collision face 91 strikes against the collision rest face 68 after the detection member 80 is moved to the detection position.
