PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain enhancement of durability of a seal ring by easily and liquid-tightly mounting a metal seat into a valve box, and to easily and certainly seal a portion between the metal seat and a bearing. SOLUTION: A small diameter part 11e is provided at a flowing-in side of the valve box 11 and a step part 11f for metal seat attachment is formed. A large diameter peripheral groove 11g provided with a recessed conical surface 11h getting small in diameter toward an outer side of a flow passage is formed at a flow-out side. A metal seat presser 17 is formed by a ring body provided with a projection-like conical surface 17a corresponding to the recessed conical surface 11h on a base end side and divided in a circumferential direction. A sleeve mounting part 19d of a small diameter is formed from a distal end side projected into the metal seat of an outer periphery of a valve stem 13 to the base end. A seal member 22 is mounted to a distal end of the sleeve attachment part 19d, and a sleeve 23 is inserted rather to a base end side than the seal member 22. A closure member 24 is mounted to a base end opening of a valve stem penetration hole, the sleeve 23 is pressed to a valve element side by the closure member 24, and the seal member 22 is bulged to an outer peripheral side of the bearing.
