PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladies' outerwear with bust cups, which slightly gives load on the body of a wearer and is excellent in body shape retention and wearing feeling through solving the following problem that a conventional clothes with bust cups, such as a brassiere, is not always satisfactory in wearing feeling, retention of the body shape and load on the body because of its shoulder straps, back snaps, or the like. SOLUTION: The ladies' outerwear is structured as follows: as shown in Fig. 5, a front body part of the outerwear includes a front body outer side 12 and a front body inner side 11 to top busts A of which a pair of cups 6 are fixedly attached, breast stabilizing parts 7 are provided from under busts B to more stabilize the busts and are sewn up together to be superimposed on each other so as to put the parts between the front body inner side 11 to which a power net 3 is sewn up, and the front body outer side 12 so as to form the front body part; and the front body part is sewn up to a back body part 18 shown in Fig. 7.
